- What is the difference between In-store Rewards and Online Rewards?
To thank you for your patronage, we have created rewards that can be used in our stores as well as via our online Bakery. In-store rewards are rewards that can be used only in our stores (located at Tiong Bahru, Telok Ayer, ION Orchard, Cluny Court, Neil Road and East Coast). Online Rewards are mostly redeemed via promo codes applied to online purchases during checkout at our Online Bakery. - Am I able to use an in-store reward online, or vice versa?
Once an in-store reward has been claimed, you will only be able to use it in-store as online rewards require a dynamically generated code. This will also mean that online rewards will not be applicable for use in-store.

How many rewards can I use at a time?
Only 1 reward or voucher is allowed per visit and transaction. Vouchers are non-stackable and not applicable for use with any other ongoing promotions.
- Will my reward(s) expire?
In stores, your Birthday treat is valid for 31 days, while other rewards require immediate redemption. For website orders, claimed rewards are valid for 7 days. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for each reward to confirm the specific expiry date.
- When will I receive my birthday treat?
Effective 3 February 2025, your birthday reward will only be activated after completing at least one prior transaction—a measure to ensure fairness and integrity in our program. Your birthday reward will be automatically added to your account on the first day of your birthday month, and will be valid for 31 days. Please note that you may be asked to show us an ID for verification.
- Can I change my reward after redeeming?
