• How do I earn points?
  

You will be able to earn points when you place an order with us, in-store or online (www.plainvanilla.com.sg), and for purchases of both F&B items and retail products, up to 200 points per transaction per day starting 1 April 2025. For large orders exceeding $1000, contact us via email, and we’ll be happy to assist with bulk discount inquiries.

All Thanks From PV members will qualify for the 'Thanks' tier of rewards where 1 point will be earned for every dollar spent, while our more regular patrons will be able to enjoy rewards from the ‘Many Thanks’ tier where 1.5 points is earned for every dollar spent. Do note that shipping, processing and service add-on fees, as well as orders placed via third party food delivery platforms are not eligible to earn points. Additionally, for orders that require a refund, points will be refunded as well.

• Will my account or points expire?

Starting 1 April 2025, all points will be valid for 3 months and will expire on the last day of the third month after they are earned. For example, points earned in the month of January 2025 will expire on 30 April 2025. Points earned before 1 January 2025 will expire by 1 April 2025. You will also be able to start tracking expiring points via our web app.

• My point balance doesn't seem accurate or updated. Who can I contact?

Points are awarded and deducted on a real-time basis as you place orders with us or opt to redeem your points to enjoy rewards. If you would like to browse your points history, you can tap on the Notification symbol (which looks like a bell 🔔) at the bottom of the screen to do so.

If you do not see points awarded for a particular transaction or believe there is an error with your points balance, please reach out to us at thanksfrom@plainvanilla.com.sg with a photo of your receipt and we would be more than happy to help. Do note that shipping and processing fees, as well as orders placed via third party food delivery platforms are not eligible to earn points.

• Can I transfer my points to another account?
  
  For the avoidance of doubt, we will not be able to facilitate the transfer of points to another user.
